Frequently Asked Questions

Full three day registration includes the Exhibition Tuesday night and Wednesday, the Opening Session and Keynote, special sessions, all technical sessions and round table discussions. Meals included are breakfast Wednesday and Friday, lunch Wednesday and Thursday, and the ‘Back to the 80’s’ reception on Wednesday.

One day registrations include all of the free events held on the day of the registration. Wednesday registrations include access to the Tuesday night Exhibition.

Yes – we are offering free passes for the Tuesday night ‘Hockey Night in Canada’ Exhibition Evening. The night includes food and beverages, and a chance to win a hockey jersey. Wear your favourite team jersey and bring your autograph book for a special hockey alumni guest.
The Water For People Breakfast is the place to learn about the excellent work that Water For People is doing and meet the local committee volunteers while enjoying a traditional Calgary Stampede breakfast. https://www.waterforpeople.org/ Ticket purchase is required for this event. Water For People is the charity of choice for WCW.
If you have AWWOA, SWWA, MWWA, NTWWA, MSSA, AWWA, WEF or CWWA membership, you can get the Membership rate for registration. Note that only members that are in the WCW system can register online as members. If you belong to AWWA, WEF or CWWA outside of the WCW family, you can send the hardcopy registration form and we will ensure you get the member rate (verification of membership status may be required).
If you have registered for a WCW event in the past, or signed onto your profile management account you have the proper information to sign into our system as a member. If you don’t have your logon or password, please contact the office and we will get you hooked up!
